We are a proud third-generation family-owned and operated tree farm & nursery dedicated to growing premium Christmas trees and quality planting stock for wholesale customers throughtout Canada and the United States.

For decades, our family has been committed to producing exceptional Balsam Fir Christmas trees, quality planting stock, and our exclusive TrueBlue Fraser®.  Through research, innovation, and sustainable growing practices, we've built a reputation for quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service.

Our roots run deep, Patrick, a second-generation nurseryman, and his wife, Linda, have devoted their lives to building Downey Trees into one of Canada's leading wholesale Christmas tree farms and nursery. Today, they are proud to see the next generation carrying the legacy forward.

William Downey has been part of the family business for as long as he can remember. As a toddler, he accompanied his parents to idustry trade shows, learning about the business from an early age. Over the past years, he has worked full-time alongside Patrick  and Linda, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the operation. Along with his strong work ethic and passion for the industry, William has brought fresh ideas, embraced new technologies, and introduced innovative approches that are helping shape the future of our farms. As the third generation of the Downey family, he is committed to building on the foundation established by previous generations while continuing to move Downey Trees forward.
